For those who where wondering, giammonapapers.com was supposed to be an online store selling counter-culture paper products, and serve as a fucking fantastic way for me to make a living while bringing a little awesomeness into the world. But that…obviously… didn’t happen. And you know what, I’m not sad about it.
Life takes twists and turns and it’s simply more fun if you just relax and go with the next bright idea.
So during the rethinking of what the hell I wanted to do with giammonapapers I came across a great website called The Wit of the Staircase. This phrase refers to that thought that you have…possibly on a staircase… after a conversation has ended of what you SHOULD have said. The blog was created by this fantistic woman named Theresa Duncan who was an artist and self described cultural critic (I will be posting more about her in the future). After parusing her website for a while I came to the conclusion that I should go back to what I’m comfortable with…writing…and who knows maybe throw in some extra junk while I’m at it.
So here we have it…
Giammonapapers is a mish-mash of what I find fit for sharing. From music, to movies, to stories of interest and goofy ass clips I come across here and there.
Before we embark on this lovely relationship I have to warn you that I’m not a big fan of punctuation (a professor in college said I had “comma-itis”) and I am a lover of the elipsis…
So with that out of the way, I hope you enjoy what I do here and feel free to come back often.
Later,
Giammona
